Guest vanhagar Posted January 11, 2010 Report Share Posted January 11, 2010 Hello, I'm having trouble with the MODs playing. I looked to see if i had the registry strings and I do. Them looked to see if I had MOD Installer and I also had it. so I downloaded both LA mod and the LA emergency mod. I used the ModInstaller and went in with no problems. I checked that it was in the mods folder in program file and it is. Now when i start the game up and use any of the choices (missions, challenge, or never ending) I still get the old trucks. It's like the mod isn't running. tried it a few different times uninstalled the mods and installed them again and they still don't run. Forensics Posted January 11, 2010 Report Share Posted January 11, 2010 I mean, when you have a mod installed on the mod installer you have to load up EM3 then press modifications (In the main menu) and load the mod you want. So I tried what you said and it worked...would have never thought to look in the modification in the main menu thanks a lot!!! now I'm having a little problem with the Mod I'll tell you here and if I have to move my question somewhere else I will. first is the game is playing half in English and half in another language. On something I hear Eglish and other the other language. and the other problem is that my police button is not highlighted so I can't choose anything police related even though I have police missions going on. I have only played in never ending mode so far. And I'm going to fire up the other LA mod after this and try it. So thanks for the help and keep up the great work on the site JohnW.
