I think it may be a Federal Signal Vista (Not Sure). And they can be steady-burn just by flipping a switch. That is the power of today's lightbars.

Dude, Operation Repo is a fake show. Notice how that's not a real LAPD car? They turned the lights off lol. The little lights (I don't know what they're called) are still on and have the same color, so there you go.

It should be an Arjent or a MX7000, but there's no gaurentee. That show has been known to use fake police cars.

Don't think it's an Arjent. Too thick and not LED (like LAPD uses).

Looks like an old school bar and i have a feeling its fake. As for steady lighting, they often have a controller in there cars to choose different light patterns.

most full lightbars have alley and takedown lights. When the lightbar is fully lit and operating, they're usually in a side-to-side pattern. They have light controllers that can tell the takedowns to face forward and not move. Police often do that when they're dealing with things at night (traffic stops, accidents, etc)

Most light controllers have a simple switch. In my department, we run it very simple, with four modes. The first is off, the second is the steady burns and rear lights, the third is a fair bit, but not all, and the fourth is what I call panic mode, and is usually reserved for heavy traffic, or running through intersections. Most controllers also have options for takedowns, alley lights, traffic directors and more. They can do almost everything nowadays
