Customizing A Riot Scenario...?

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to help one of our fellow members at Emergency Planet. The goal is he wants during a riot for there to be 200 people with Grenades or something of the sort, and a max casualty of 190. Now, I was thinking it would be a simple edit because I could just edit one of the scenarios "Freeplay" change the amount of people, max casualties, and their weapons and weapon damage. That being said, even though I'm a beginner nobody else offered to help him so I figured I could at least give it a shot and make a learning experience out of it. The only problem so far, is I can't find the file that has the scenario scripted in it. If somebody could point it out to me I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

WTF is your friend trying to emulate, the French Revolution? The Watt Riots? The LA Riots?

Seriously, that many rioters in Freeplay with better weapons and such is not a good idea; probably crash everything and if not take HOURS to deal with and cause hell on the map. I don't know if it's even possible to edit the number of people anyway; one person is the riot starter and anyone passing nearby joins.

I think he wants that as a mission... And yes it is, Hoppah had the riots on the LA map go starting with like 10 or 20 people..

He said he wanted it on Freeplay. I only said one person is the starter (i.e. sign guy). Never said anything about how many people start although usually only him.

Don't over react,....

A good football fight after a match has more then 200 people...

And to CaptainNegatory

You can't start up or command 2 events at one time.

The game is random, so it will dictate when and how many events at a time.

You can only steer it in the way you want to.

But a riot of 200 people in a freeplay game is way to many,

maby you should start with 10 people, set up a way path.

the longer they walk, the bigger the crowd will become.

in that way you can prepare for it, and try to stop it.

How you can reach that effect i do not know.

perhaps you need to rebuild the "illegal demonstration taking place" event.

but i'm not sure how or in what way.

Mucking with that one gives you a hard time, before you even have PD one the scene you have fires.
