sigmeister
During freeplay, I find that the fires spread too quickly for me. A small fire can rapidly turn into an inferno, even before my first engine arrives on scene. I would like to know how to slow the spread of fire. (I do know how to change the weather conditions and how to increase/decrease the type of calls.) I'm assuming that I have to tweak something in the freeplay parameters, but I am unsure as to where and what exactly to do.Thanks in advance. Forensics
I don't think you can slow the spread of fire but you can limit the number of fire calls.See here.
Luisinho
You might be to change that somewhere in the editor, but because fire events are random, I can't be sure of anything.I don't think you can slow the spread of fire but you can limit the number of fire calls.See here.He already mentioned that he know how to that, and that's not what he wants exactly. Guest MonkeySquasher
I believe the only way to do that would be to go into the actual map files and tweak every object's fire values. There's a PDF file in your 911FR or LAMod folders that kind of explains the editor. pyrothijs
You could try to edit the materials of the objects you think burn to easily in the editor. If you set all plants and trees to concrete in stead of wood they will burn a lot slower. Moved to EN Modding & Mod help.
