Basic mod request for original 911 - First Responders game

Hi, everyone ! I'm newby here.

I want a basic mod for the original game in multiplayer and free play:

1. Police officer add function: Draw Weapon

2. PC Patrol car add function: Folow and arest (Like in LA mod (Chase vehicle/person - VCMFollow))

3. WB Water Bowser add function: Rapid Deployment (Like in LA mod (Rapid Deployment - VCMRapidDeployment))

4. If possible add a Patrol City function for PC Patrol car (Like in LA mod (Patrol City)).

- Don't need new vechsels, units, maps, missions and etc.
