Guest Duncan007
Unfortunatly that has not worked for me, so it looks like I'll be waiting for an alternate to be available. I've had one of the old versions of the mod, but am now on a new laptop

Guest Duncan007
I allow it to make changes and then nothing happens afterwards, the installer does not launch

dizza
The installer worked just fine on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit for me and game works fine.Try disabling the UAC, click on Start, type in "msconfig" into the search box, click on Tools tab, look for "Change UAC Settings" and disable it. Reboot and then try installing it again. If it doesn't work, turn the UAC back on to protect yourself.-d

If you have a quality Anti Virus like Nod32 with Malwarebytes as a back up, disable UAC and tont deal with it as its just one big PITA.

Xplorer4x4
Perhaps I have it confused with M$ Security Essentials or whatever it is, but pretty sure the article mentioned UAC. Maybe ill dig it up latter.

Guest b00m
This is solved now. He had Kaspersky (Antivirus) blocking it Anyway, I suggest have also the mod packed so people with installation problems can just unpack it
Xplorer4x4
Kaspesky was to paranoid for my tastes. I prefer Nod32. It stays paranoid, but not to overly paranoid.

Guest Timeruler
I prefere Bitdefender, only habit of that is that it sometimes blocks its own update in the firewall , easy fix, but a bit annoying.
