Tian318
Hi there,I run into a problem when i import a model into the editor.i used:- Zmodeler 2.1.1(build 959)- Photoshop cs 3 version 10.0- Emergency 4 Editor V1.3Now i got a model(sort of ready)But without a skin. When i import it into the editorit looks like this:I tried to scale it in zmodeler(reduced size over 2500%) But it still came up that big.Reduced the .dds skin to a size of 5cm bij 3,05cm. but still to big.i edited the Physics in the editor(to the size of an ITW.But still no changes in the model size.So does anybody knows how to do it?Cause i'm kinda stuck with that.Thanks. bennie900
Import a model from the game, and use it as a refrence when scaling.

Tian318
okey so the skinning is going "well" Now i run into another problem when i insert it the model + skin, into the editor.Anyone wants to take a guess what happened? When i close the "mod" and load it in to the game.It will show the half-size model.De mentions are what they should be.the model has 4 wheels. It's just only showing half the model.(how it looks in Z modeler)EDIT:Before i used the scale(to geometry)The model is good. also in the editor.Just to big
Dosedmonkey
World War II mod? :23_31_4:Oh and to answer your question, its because you want the model position in zmodeler the correct height, when click the move tool, in the sub options you need to tick the top option, I forget what its called, then just move the axis logo, (x,y,z arrows) to below your model, the hieght you require, and this will export it the right height. Make sure it's centred left to right, and moving it between front and back changes rotation for turning corners, generally centered, but for large trucks often moved towards the rear axel
Tian318
World War II mod? :23_31_4:no just starting on a NL-Army mod(private, if i can things right maybe I'll make it public)The model you see is the U.S. Dodge CMW 214 ambulance.Given the the dutch at the end of WW2 to help rebuild a bit of our army(and shipping everything back would cost to much)Came by this vehicle on a WW2 museum in the dutch.Just needed some more models, as the Dutch army has only 2 real ambulances.The:- Mercedes-Benz C290.(army and airforce)- Landrover 110 Mobile First aid Station(navy)They had a few others to.But they all have to go this or next year,so they will need to work closer with the "normal" ems services.EditThe move tool you mean is the; Move "pivot only"I'll try that. see what happens. bennie900
Yes, you must put the pivot just under your model for the correct height in Em4
