C.F.D Posted November 26, 2009 Report Share Posted November 26, 2009 I wanted to move from England to join an american fire and rescue team.Only problem is, as i'm twenty and it takes 5 years to become an American citizen, I would only have 1 opportunity to get in.Booooo.Become a Police officer. Here in Alberta, we have a program that will allow British Citizens to become Canadian Police officers such as Edmonton Police Service.
