As for playing the games, well I dont think there are any PS2 Emulators and if there is my guess is there in the early stages. I know a DVD Burner can read the PS2 games with out breaking encryption unlike Movie DVDs. I think PS3 discs are the same as long as you have a Blu-Ray drive.
