I have the game emregency 4 with the normal vecoili and sirens but the logical development and German into ItalianI think you are saying you want to change the German sirens you have on EM4 now to Italian sirens, correct?In that case you need to replace the siren sounds in the Emergency 4/Data/Audio/FX/sirens folder by siren sounds of the same length and with the same name. You can also create an audio folder and paste the new sirens their. Then you give the vehicles the commands to turn the sirens on and off and your done.
