Guest simor
Hey all!I have been playing Emergency for quite some years now, and I recently installed Windows 7 on my pc, and it loads and works fine, however I have just one problem: when I launch the program, it doesn't fill out the entire screen, leaving a bold black frame around the window, which is kinda annoying.I've tried to attach an illustration I've made as an example just to show you how it looks. In XP and Vista it stretches the window to fit the screen, which of course changes the aspect ratio a bit, but I prefer that instead of only using half my screen.I have an nVidia GeForce 9800 GTX+ with the newest driver for Win 7 64bit.Any suggestions? Xplorer4x4
I had the same problem, with the same video card, same monitor and windows 7. You have to edit your config file manually using notepad. Then change these calues to match the display resolution you use.<var name="r_xres" value="1680" /> <var name="r_yres" value="1050" />I use a Dell 2208 WFP with my resolution on 1680 x 1050 so change those numbers to match the resolution you use. Stan
Before doing this, did you try changing it in the options? I had the problem with an HD4890 on Windows 7 and was able to fix it through the options
Guest simor
Stan: Yes, I tried that, but it still didn't get large enough :/Xplorer4x4: Thanks a bunch man! If I had a flower, I'd send it to you! Now it works perfectly fine!
