Noted as Electric ShockThe Hail I do believe is a deluxe event, however it's one of those random ones that doesn't need to be placed on the map. By default it only happens when it is Oct 31st in real life but that can be changed.Sabatuer is sabotage. Nothing out of the ordinary really. A criminal has to be arrested and a fire put out some times I believe..
