IRL, chances are they wouldnt have windows on the rear half of the vehcihle. Maybe small holes for guns to stick out of but not giant windows like a civilian prisoner van would use. The swat do use vans with blacked out windows when they are on a raid that has potentional spotters (people that will contact drug houses to warn of cops approching) but also 1 of the vans is the cargo version so it has no rear windows at-all. Think of them more as a security guard for their buildings (although they are a real federal police force). Federal Protective Services is the same type of unit.
