Xplorer4x4
So as i said in another thread I made a copy of the SWAT Heavy Rescue into a Bomb Squad truck. Now for the unit images of the vehicle, no alterations have been done(yet) to its unit image. Just copied and pasted, but yet the spot in the bottom right where the unit image usually goes is blank.I never had this problem on Windows XP, so i think this is a Win 7, possibly Vista issue. UAC is disabled.Any ideas?EDIT: Stupid me forgot to edit the portraits.xml
Hoppah
Or wait for the official release of Windows 7 instead of using a beta. My support to Windows 7 users will be 0 before its officially released. I hate beta's or how Microsoft calls theirs, a Release Candidate. billyfromhill
Beta is actually before release candidate. They're two different versions.
Xplorer4x4
Billys right. It was in beta and now it is in RTM(Release to Manufacturer stage) and I am actually using the RTM which I have had only 1 bug which is you can not right click on recycle bin. Not a big deal as I can run ccleaner to clean out the recycle bin, but a bit annoying. Other wise bug free on my end.
Hoppah
I know, I just don't feel like giving support to people with non-retail versions of Windows 7. In this case the problem was not related to Windows though. I am satisfied with Windows Vista and don't want to use a trial version of Windows 7. I recently bought a new laptop () and I can get Windows 7 for free for it. When I am certain every application runs great on Windows 7 I might get Windows 7 for my desktop pc (which I use for modding) too.

Xplorer4x4
Well as much as I love Windows 7, as much as I do not regret the switch, I cant see much being accomplished on my birthday(the 22nd ) as its the release date, but i think with in 2-3 months most of the major bugs will be fixed.
