ARMYBDYGUARD Posted September 29, 2009 Report Share Posted September 29, 2009 Hello all, I have tried searching for the solution, but have not seen anything that explains how to get less traffic clearly. Tactics Posted September 29, 2009 Report Share Posted September 29, 2009 I can keep it running smooth on my first play, but when I save and then re-load the game - It always has mass traffic jams and cars that won't respond to cops redirect orders and red lights that never seem to turn green.
