heyjoojoo
Not sure what's going on but I have updated the video drivers on this laptop and I still cannot start the game. I'm not sure what else to try and do. I can play the game on my desktop with no trouble. But for some reason the game wont start, it just briefly shows a black screen and then back to desktop. Does anyone have any other suggestions. Laptop: Windows XP Home, laptopGraphics: ATI Mobility Radeon 9000

heyjoojoo
Here are my DX and Log files. I'll have a look too to see if there are any issues (they're gonna have to be obvious problems because I wont know what to look for.)DxDiag.txtlogfile.txt
res4cue
Try making your resolution (screen size) smaller and see if it will start.
Newfoundking
The only thing I can think of is that your video drivers are expired, as I had the same problem before when that happened to me.

randomperson139
You have to change the em4.cfg file not the logfile.
