jgreene Posted September 17, 2009 Report Share Posted September 17, 2009 Okay, first open the mod editor. Then load the LA mod. Then under the mod list hit the button that says unpack file. then click models, vehicles, then for example LA police. Find the vehicle you want, for example LAPD charger. The file will be a v30 file. click on it and change the ending to .dds. Once it is unpacked you can now edit it. Download a .dds converter and convert the file to bmp. Open the bmp in paint.net or paint. Once you finish editing save it then use the converter to convert it back to a dds file. put the file back in its folder and your done Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
