i can't open V30 files with Paint.net , how do i reskin it ??

Open the DDS files V3O is the object, then it's like normal painting edit what you want. In the editor your changes may not show but they should in game.

it don't have a dds file , only a v30

It needs scripting. animation, a new model and a new skin to make a functional fire blanket(I'm not sure if it possible though).

No I don't think so. Firefighters usually use the fire blanket to put out fires on person etc and there aren't any fires like these in EM4.

Yes but when a car gets on fire in game if you don't throw water on it, it explodes. When a building is on fire in game you don't have to throw water on the sofa or on the kitchen to extinguish the fire, you just throw water from outside.

yeah it becomes big when it is developed , but before when the fire man

put it on the ground it's kinda small

Unfortunately yes but some modders are trying to change that.

It might be possible but as I already have mentioned it will need lot of scripting and modding work.
