Some roads and lane ways are paved 100+ year old paths, they aren't even wide enough for a fire truck and too steep to park any cars on the road.I cna just imagine a Japanese high speed chase. Most are now paved with tar and a few are stone... But park cars, uncover side ditch, metal power poles, and guard rails are a high risk at fast speeds. Some videos show that.
