randomperson139
There is no confirmation when you unlock the file. You could download and use paint.net for you reskins because it can open .dds files.
novius
There is no confirmation when you unlock the file. You could download and use paint.net for you reskins because it can open .dds files.I'll check that out. What's odd is DDSConverter will open the Battalion Chief's Car, and it says it converted it, I even see the file withing DDSCV. It just doesn't actually exist on my computer... And that was with a locked file...
novius
UPDATE: The BCV will open with Paint.NET, but all others, regardless whether I unlocked them, come up as Error Opening File.
Luisinho
DDS Converter has never worked that good to me.That's why I always used Photoshop. I've never tried paint.net, but from what I've heard, it is quite good and it's also a freeware.
