Start>Programs>Wizard Works>911 First Responders>911 First Responders Mod Installer (using the mod installer, find the mod file and select it to install) ...>Sixteen Tons Entertainment>Emergency 4>Em4 Mod Installer Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
