Newfoundking Posted August 20, 2009 Report Share Posted August 20, 2009 because it was not made to work like EM4 where the game can have a moving hose connection, like the fire trucks from LA mod for Em4This immobilizes the vehicle, and activates little fire hydrants to hook up to..
