I'll give you FD3 compared to EM4.Pros:-Ventilation, Backdrafts/Flashovers-Storyline-Different, challenging missions-Different extinguinshing agents-Classes of fires (A,B,C,D)-Different types of firemen (specialists)-Missions in 5 or 6 different country and bonus mission-Multiplayer-Water supply-Ambulance acts as a rehab unit on fire scenesCons:-Difficult missions-Hoses just appear-Mission bug (happened once)-Ulimited OxygenWell there you go! I have this game, already beat it on easy, halfway through on realistic. I also am willing to play multiplayer, miked9372, I'll PM you.
