randomperson139
When you load EM4 and the screen to select campaign, freeplay etc. comes up you can select multiplayer. Find the server you want to join and click join. If you are using mods then you have to have EXACTLY the same files as the people you are playing with. Download the file then choose the option extract in los_angeles_mod_lifeguard (it creates a new folder). In that folder you can find a folder called LIFEGUARD. randomperson139
You don't open a .rar or .zip with Internet Explorer or Firefox. Download WinRAR and then try opening the file.
