After some trial and error I realized what Hoppan was talking about when he said I needed to turn off the UAC. I turned off the user account controls, and the game load. Ah ah ah .. it loaded a black screen, and crashed. So, I did more research and learned I needed to update my graphics card. Well, it turns out I was running some intel family chip with on 64mb of dedicated memory, yeah probably why the game didn't load. Unfortunately, the idiot who sold it to me told me it was good with games, wrong! Anyway, I returned it, and I have a labtop on back order.
