Guest Bas Posted July 9, 2009 Report Share Posted July 9, 2009 When I try to install the 1.3 patch, I get the message that Emergency 4 isn't installed. It looks like it can't find the registry entries of the game.But it just is on my computer. Check if there is a folder called 'Mods' there, if not create that folder manually (file --> new --> folder --> name it Mods) and try to install the mod again.
