The clan would have only a few rules:All Members should be aware of all other membersEveryone should be polite to each other at all timesEveryone should speak English to a good standardIn-game communication should be clear, all response dispatchers should inform all others of their actionsWe will develop a unified communication language to use in-game when requesting dispatchAll players should have a constant responsibility and eye on the budgetGenerally, a dispatcher will control only one service per game, i.e, fire/police/medical/techAwards and Ranks will be assigned based on performanceGenerally, each game must have a commander who will not be in charge of any service but who will authorise response requests Generally, all dispatches must be authorised by the commander of that particular game first. Players will, where possible, update each other as to what they are doingI know it all sounds very formal but the more realistic we make it, the more fun it will be! So, if you fit into these catagories and have either EM4 or EM4 and the MOD (must be latest version) then reply to this thread. At the moment, I don't really know much about the different (free) communication systems available. We would keep it textual until I am aware of some kind of free mic software.
