You need to be at least marginally familiar with a paint application to do a decent job, to open the DDS files if they are not locked files anymore just use either the plug-in that comes with PSP or alternatively one of many DDS converters. Guest matt31896 Posted August 10, 2009 Report Share Posted August 10, 2009 What do you mean?"Jasc Paint Shop Pro" is an American paint program that is very advanced and can modify anything to everything.My friend used it to change George Washington's(1st US Presedent) face to his face down to a singe hair.AMERICAN PAINT PROGRAM(not sure if avalibale in different countries). All you have to do is convert it to jpg or bmp or png using DDS converter. If you really want you can use good ol paint for that matter.
