It says It does not reconize them or there damaged. It will not unzip. I Have downloaded it twice and same problem both time, Any Suggestions? I click the control panel out side the fire stations and nothing happens. I can get an ambulance from where ever to the scene but then dont have any contol options on the vehicle or personnel.
