jsutton
Yep, I found them. Just lots more WORK to do to make a COMPLETE Mod. However, I'm sure those of you doing mods are running into the same thing I have been, and that is finding that you end up going back and REDOING some of your skins and making them better/more detailed. Wow, at this pace I'll NEVER finish! LOL! Yeah, I know what you mean. I started a personal mod 2 years ago and then got too busy with work to continue on it. I plan on going back to doing it again but I'm working on GTA IV skins right now. Working on all my local units skins and now I know more about skinning, I'm going back and editing all my old crappy ones I made. So it's pretty much a never ending project for sure. Squad33
If you would like I could possibly look into helping you a bit. Give me some ideas of what you want, and I can do some models for you. After wards if you like them, then I can do some more for you. FutureSmokeEater
I've followed these instructions with four vehicles now. The LAPD Patrol car. The CHP Dodge Charger. The LAAP Patrol Car. And the LAPD Dodge Charger. However when I go to open them in Paint .NET, I get this message. http://prntscr.com/c45jg1 I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong, if someone could take a look at the LAAP file (because that's my current project) I'd appreciate it. mr matt5432123
You need to unpack those files. you can do that with the emergency 4 unpacker utility in the downloads section of the site.
