You need patch 3 for the modinstaller to workNo you don't, if you already have the modinstaller the one thing you shouldn't do is install patch 1.3. That corrupts the game completely. You also got the editor manual etc. Some people get that confused. But never mind.Can you start the setup.exe file? The hard copy version of the game has a 'repair option', i'm not sure if the digital download has it to, but you can try and see if it's there.
