Guest wee988
I sucessfully installed 911: first responders on my vista machine. When the game start, there is a white border around part of the screen, then the screen gets fuzzy, and the pc crashes to the desktop. I suspect it is a codec issue, but i don't think i have any of the offending files. I've tried just about everything else suggested here and elsewhere. I am dumbfounded. Attached are the DxDiag and the Logfile.txt.logfile.txtDxDiag.txt

Guest wee988
Nope. Not on Vista. I have a xp computer, works like a charm on that one.
