A search for amr supervisor will give you these results, which also show the original photographer. As AMR is widespread throughout the country, you'll find there is no set standard for their vehicles from one area to another. The black spaces are for lights: You can skin it like the last picture. I just now noticed that the ambulances have PARAMEDICS written across the hood, and SUPERVISOR was written on the hood for a supervisor.
