And yes, Dosedmonkey say'd right, that them are ex soviet, just like Zil or Gaz fire trucks, and in Latvia was made some cars too like in 1930-40's was Ford Vairogs, fire truck, and in soviet years RAF (Riga Auto Factory(Rīgas Auto Fabrika)) that was used like ambulances most, and milicia cars to.
