Help| The game exits in the begining

The game exits with "Send/Don't send error".

Things which done:

-Driver Update

-Reinstall

-Computer Format(ation) (sorry I don't know the word)

-k-lite package Removed

-Deluxe is not working too

-Good Links: the game worked for 10-15 people

-FFDSHOW install (in attachment)

and still there is the problem.

Computer:

Answer the minimum requirements and has XP PRO

Sorry if log file needed I don't understand exactly in it.

I hope you'll help me solve the problem.
