Sirius7dk Posted April 9, 2009 Report Share Posted April 9, 2009 my brother have just installed his english version on EM4 on his laptop and he geta a crash to desktop as soon as he starts, before any videosi looked in the forum and it appears that he have the same problem as described here http://forum.emergency-planet.com/index.php?showtopic=5751 (2 bottom lines of logfile.txt are similar) but he have not played the game and it is freshly installed so i doubt that that is the problem.it should not be a codec problem either because he have uninstalled k-lite.logfile.txtDxDiag.txt Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sirius7dk Posted April 10, 2009 Author Report Share Posted April 10, 2009 he did try the config file but it didnt help, but he have apparently just solved the problem by setting the colours to 16 bits (from 32 bit) and it worked in 16 bits, so he tried with 32 bit and it works there as wellthanks for the help anyway Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
