But I was wondering does 911 First Responders have the same graphics, Gameplay, and mission style as Emergency 4, but just all in a American fashion? I did not want to get Emergency 4, first because it takes to long to ship, and second of all it is all in German. But there are already English versions of Emergency 4 in English, but it's only in the UK I guess. And yeah, every single modifications should work without any problems.
