The TOS is not offline. If you browse a forum, you will see the announcement "Term of use" at the very top. Yes we know the "**TERMS OF USE**" link doesn't work. But this is not our #1 priority. Signatures

19. Signatures can contain banners, pictures, userbars or text. Animated pictures or banners (.gif or .png) are allowed. Video’s (e.g. youtube) aren’t allowed in signatures.

The same rules that apply to posting on the forum also apply to your signature. This means your signature cannot contain any vulgar, profane, offensive or obscene language or images and must not show any disrespect towards others. Also a users signature may not contain spam or (links to) websites that contain things forbidden by these Terms of Service, Dutch law or by the law in his or her own country.

20. We allow a maximum of two banners/pictures per signature. You are not allowed to hotlink (directly link) banners unless you have permission to hotlink.

In case you are using two banners/pictures the maximum size of each banner/picture is 500 x 78 pixels. Both of the banners/pictures (together!) may not be larger then 450 Kb.

In case you are using one banner/picture the maximum size is 500 x 140 pixels. The picture/banner may not be larger then 350 Kb.

If you use two banners/pictures you are allowed to use only one line of text but no userbars in your signature. If you use one banner/picture you are allowed to use text or userbars but your signature as a whole may not be larger then 500 x 140 pixels

21. We allow a maximum of 6 userbars per signature. Each userbar may not be lager then 350 x 20 pixels and has a maximum size of 40 Kb.

If you use 6 userbars, you are not allowed to use banners/pictures or text.

If you use 5 or 4 userbars you are allowed to use text. If you use 5 userbars you can use one line of text, if you use 4 userbars you can use 2 lines of text. The text must be a standard size text (size 2).

If you use three userbars or less you are allowed to use three lines of text (in the standard text size) or one banner/picture. In that case the userbars and the banner/picture (as a whole) may not be larger then 500 x 140 pixels.

22. You are allowed to use a maximum of 6 lines of text in your signature. The text must be the standard text size (size 2), the lines of text include empty lines.

For every userbar you are using, you will loose the right to use one line of text (e.g. use 5 userbars = 1 line of text left, use 3 userbars = 3 lines of text left, use 1 userbar = 5 lines of text left).

If you use two banners/pictures you are allowed to use one line of text, if you use one banner/picture you are allowed to use three lines of text.

23. The EMP-staff has the right to remove or edit all signatures not respecting the above rules without prior notice. The EMP-staff also has the right to adjust or delete all signatures that they consider to be too large or unfit for a forum visited by people from all ages. The user that does not respect these rules will receive a warning.

If your signature was edited/removed by the EMP-staff they will replace the signature by a text explaining why the signature was removed. After your signature is removed, you are allowed to post a new signature as long as that signature respects these rules.

Ale, your signature is not in the allowed formats, if you don't change it with a week, I will remove it myself. I hope you understand that people with low-speed internets might not like to load non-needed signatures.
