You see, after I reinstalled 911 First Responders, which I did because I had no available orders in the LA mod, I finally managed to get it up again, but there are no orders still! I have more than adequate system specs and regular 911 works fine. Check the EM4 GAME FAQ for the location and the FORUM FAQ for the upload function if you don't know how to use it. It doesn't matter if the unit is a fire engine or an LAPD officer.
