Crashes before loading main menu

My Emergency 4 launches great plays the videos, but crashes right before the main menu. I attached my log file and I have reinstalled and repaired it twice now.

The weird thing is that all the UIDialog errors, the file it cannot open is there. However, the command icon mod, those files don't exsist.

I run no antivirus or firewall and this problem started pretty randomly.

Reinstalled at C:\Emergency 4, same errors.

Sorry to double post but I fixed the issue. Turns out K-lite codec pack didn't play nice with it.
