Commander Rasseru
I know that maps can be any size till the max size....But do non-square maps also work when importing to editor? Because every time I try it crashs the editor...And Yes... I have Alpha off! To make that clear... So any one have the same problem? Importing non-squard maps? Hoppah
The map has a resolution which can be divided by 512? (for example 2048 / 512 = 4).

MikeyPI
I have always used squared maps, but they MUST be divided by 512 I believe, so if you want to take the time to try, use a 512X 1024 and see if it crashes, I think they have to be squared but I've never tried anything different.
