Guest DanRuben Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 When I click on the E4 icon on my desktop, the screen turns black before it comes up a "fatal error" : *** Win32ExceptionHandler***Exception in EM4: Access violation @ 00000000I have Vista, but I have played E4 on my computer before, so I know it works.Some things that may can help you fixing my problem: I have Norton 360 anti-virus.Windows Vista Premium.Thank you for any help!
