MikesPhotos
Engine 15San Miguel Consolidated Fire Protection DistrictSan Diego County, CAperhaps? No perhaps about it You got it. I'd also have taken Heartland E15 Why anyone would think FDNY is beyond me. Look at the stripe, the door markings, the compartment doors are pull out not rollup like FDNY. Maybe it was the FDNY tribute image over the wheel?

MikesPhotos
please refrain from ugly weather pictures. I don't even see the plane.. I just see an outlineWhich for planes is really more then enough in many regards. You can tell its a small jet with engines above and behind the wings, it has a high mounted horizontal stabilizer, red/orangeish angled stripe behind the cockpit, and red tail with white stripe and white rudder. To me, that all spelled USCG HU25, but I might still be wrong.
MCERT1
You're Right Mike, as always.Sorry bout the pic I figured the color scheme would give it away pretty fast, until I forgot that it is sort of similar to that of an air tanker. Also the shape of the cockpit and nose cinched it as a falcon. Oh look... no license plate.

MCERT1
So Far my research has led me to this point:The engine is most likely: not from LA County -not From CAL Fire -not from Riverside County ( I don't even think Manifee lake has a brush engine) - not from Ventura County - not from the USFS, BLM, BIA,or OES -Not on Mike's websiteIt is far more likely, that this truck:-From Kern County -From San Bernadino County -From San Diego County -From another state ( AZ, NM, CO, TX, FL, WA, NV, or OR) -From a military fire Department ( I just haven't seen that patch yet) -From a Private Company

MikesPhotos
AlamedaI'm looking at their website right now, and it doesn't look anything at all like an alameda fire rig. Just curious what you're basing that guess on or are you going to go alphabetical?

Just curious what you're basing that guess on or are you going to go alphabetical? Did a google search of cities in CA. Start looking for picture and fire deparment sites for the city. And to my non exprinced eye the one or two truck picture i saw had the same red, with white roof, red light and white strip. I also though I saw on one of there trucks a logo that looked similar. So i guessed.Based on logo on the first image on this pagehttp://www.ci.alameda.ca.us/fire/at_a_glance.htmland this onehttp://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=htt...l%3Den%26sa%3DN
