Xandarb
Looks like an organ transplant vehicle as its an estate and has a biohazard sticker on the front. From the livery im guessing a private ambulance service in the UK?That is very, very good. You are correct! This is enough information for me, so you're up! The car is indeed an organ transplant vehicle for Amvale Medical Services Ltd. which is based in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, England.

Xandarb
oh. that is a hard one.Black livery, totally badass!I am going to shoot in the dark here and go for Essex, uk, ARV (Armored Response Vehicle)Here is what I found, and it looks kinda almost like the one you have:http://www.flickr.com/photos/chris999/7442798214/
Wkboy714
The livery does suggest Essex, UK, but the marking of "RP56" on the side (plus abundance of lights + some kind of orange traffic equipment in the back) suggests to me it's a Roads Policing vehicle, used by Essex Police, in of course England.
