firefighter111
You sir, are 100% correct. May I ask where that info came from since according to the department website, the rescue isn't at station 3, it's at station 1, which is a combination volunteer/career station, and it's not rescue 31, it's rescue 1. Grim_Wizard
The truck has been bought recently and was juggled around, and switched to a paid staff because of out dating equipment on Engines 31, 51, and Quint 3. I haven't a clue when the last time the site was updated, but I have first hand knowladge of the fact that it's at station 3, and that it's a paid company. Station 1... now those are a bunch of awesome boys and girls, I may volunteer a weekend up there, but station 1 is by Busch Gardens (Unless I'm thinking of York) and they have a pumper and a quint. Also I was there when that photo was taken... I took my wife to Williamsburg for the week and I watched the truck go back to the station. I don't want to have to throw in a rule saying what you're limited to asking for.
firefighter111
New york state, Middletown Fire Department, Orange County, Waalkill Engine Co. #6nope, this is an old picture, and by designation, I meant is it at a ladder, engine, rescue, spare engine, spare ladder, ect. and the actual unit number if you can find it. Newfoundking
I don't think there is a need to give it's exact job (engine, ladder, reserve, spare, etc.)Also, people need to stop giving old pictures and asking where it's too now. Yes it's a nice added thing, but it's also very dumb, since this is guess where this vehicle from this picture is from, not guess where it's too now based on it's old job. Engine 6, and at station entrance it is a name 6 Waalkill station,...If this truck is reused with another station or city, how can anyone guess that?
