I voluntarily quit playing simply because I hated having to find new pics to post LOL. I enjoyed the hunt, not the posting. 1) the photo is undoctored but due to the methods of the photographer, the color is not quite right as you'll find in other pictures of the apparatus. Its just a touch off. 2) It goes by two different numbers like many small departments in it's state depending on local or county/state numbering system.3) With the clues already in this thread, it shouldn't take more then 5 mins to google this one.
