Guest xpac Posted February 16, 2008 Report Share Posted February 16, 2008 Victims evacuted by the Coast Guard helicopter are just transported on a stretcher mounted just outside on the side of the helicopter.Just land the helicopter, and then there is a button to release the patient to the ground.
