I can't get the LA mod on em4 windows 11.

Windows 11 was installed by accident on my computer, and it is very difficult to install em4 mods. I have been wanting to get the LA modification on EM4 for about years but I feel like I keep messing up. When I download it, I go through the process, and it will never end up on mod installer for emergency 4. Even when I try to change the file type, it won't work. I haven't seen much forums but if anyone can help me with installing it, that would be much obliged partner.

Hi there.

The Los Angeles Modification made by Hoppah is installed differently compared to majority of modifications. 

So, here's a step-by-step tutorial: 
1. Open the Los Angeles Modification application. 
2. Continue the setup by pressing "OK".
3. Accept the license agreement 
4. Your folder pathway should look something like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\EMERGENCY 4 Deluxe

If you do not have EMERGENCY 4 Deluxe and have 911: First Responders instead, then replace the folder pathway to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\911: First Responders.
