Newfoundking Posted June 28, 2023 Report Share Posted June 28, 2023 Turn off any outside graphics settings, like Radeon or Nvidia. That happens when the game is getting effects forced into it that it cannot process. When I disabled my Radeon for the game, it solved the problem.
