Where did you get the drivers and when?Nvidia.com?

theparanoid
Well both Em3 and 911 are games from about 1 years or more. (based on when the game was made).Your video card is relativilty new. I gather you start having probelms after you update your video drivers. So I would try older drivers. If you runinng windows XP you can find nvidia older drivers herehttp://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp-2k_archive.htmlAlso what OS are you running XP or VISTIA. If is the latter that may be the issue. In either case my bet is when you update the software on the system that what broke it.

Some good news though, perhaps for me and also for others this topic may help (if youre a Nvidia card owner like myself). I played around with the Nvidia Settings control panel thing, and opened the EM4.exe in Nvidia settings control panel and set one of the game setting to openGL and the game amazingly launched and was able to play EM4 with success, but i have unstalled Em3 as of now, i will try the same thing with EM3, to see if it works....so far so good only with one crash to desktop (no idea why as of now to that, maybe ANTIVIRUS program is causing it ????? )but thank you all for the suggestions to what the problem might be, i believe i mightve tackled it this time... Stan
First of all, lets start with one thing: The message "em3.exe has encountered blabla" is not an error message, it's a standart windows message when a program doesnt respond or crashes and closed by windows. And then you still didnt respond:Are your graphic drivers up-to-date? If not update thoseAnd in addition: Upload your logfile
